Immaculata Preparatory School and College, built in 1905. Located on a hill called Mount Marian on the west side of Wisconsin Avenue at Tenley Circle, Operated by Sisters of Providence of St. Mary of othe Woods. (Helm. p. 139) Immaculata closed and sold property to American University in mid-1980s.
